First, let me thank you for taking the time to explore drip drop drip a company I am most proud of to date. Sooo about me... I will try and keep it brief. My name is Conrad Jackson and I was born in Albuquerque NM. I moved to Los Angeles in '98 and began working in film and television. I had a career that was a thrilling and emotional rollercoaster ride. However, after suffering a couple of tragic life events, it was clear how self involved I had been and unaware of my surroundings and the people I love within them. In 2010 I found out I was going to be a dad. This compounded my new found awareness and made me seek out a life where I could not only lead by example for my son, but have a positive impact on those around me. I have been fortunate enough to travel all around the world. Working with many great nonprofit and socially conscious organizations, doing amazing things for those in need, I knew starting my own socially conscious company was the right fit for me. As I began this new journey I was always talking to people to figure out what were some of the biggest obstacles to doing something charitable. Again and again it seemed to come down to two important factors that kept people who wanted to do something charitable from doing so -- Time and Money-- I know you are probably thinking “duh genius” but sometimes you need to hear it before it really makes sense, at least that was the case for me. Anyway, from those conversations and many stumbles along the way, drip drop drip was finally born... My goal is to create an app that is simple and free. I want an app where someone can jump on, do something positive for someone in need, and then get back to their lives. That’s it. That’s my life so far and there is no more about me to write. Hopefully, if I have to write another one of these, it will include you and the success we have had giving water to people in need. Thanks again for your time.
